Hello

I’m Lydia

Lydia Dorotich

Registered Naturopath & Medical Herbalist

I am a proud member of Naturopaths & Medical Herbalists of New Zealand

I am a registered Naturopath & Medical Herbalist with a special interest in Reproductive Health.

Women’s bodies go through so many transitions in a lifetime – the crazy years of puberty, monthly menstruation in the fertile years and second puberty in the perimenopausal years.

In each transition there can be challenges which can have a significant impact on a woman’s life physically, emotionally and mentally. Through my work as a registered Naturopath, my goal is to get to the root cause of why your body is not working like it should.

Wherever you are in your journey through womanhood, if your transition is not going to plan, let me help.

Services

How can I help you?

1 on 1 Consultations

Take a deep dive into what is behind your  specific issues. With thorough questioning and testing I will come up with a treatment plan to get you back on the road to feeling amazing. No more googling or trying what worked for a friend. Take the guess work out of it and use my brain and experience to work out what is right for you and fast track your results.

Programs

You may not be ready to commit to a personal consultation but would like to work through your issues at your own pace. A program may be where you want to start. These self paced programs will educate and guide you through ways to get your health back on track.

Dispensary

Buying natural products can be a minefield. I stock only the best quality products and also offer practitioner only quality products to my clients.
